Becky McDaniel Simms, President

Becky is one of the original founders and is currently the sole principal of Southern Oaks Title, LLC. Becky is a native of Clinton, La and grew up watching her father develop real estate in East Baton Rouge, Livingston, and East Feliciana Parishes. Becky had a love for real estate early in life which followed her throughout her career path. Becky has been involved in the real estate industry for 25 years and has handled thousands of closings.  Becky is a graduate of LSU.  Becky and her husband, Billy, are residents of Livingston Parish where they raised their blended family of 6 kids.
